摘 要:分析了钢丝绳的断丝检测原理,结合目前钢丝绳断丝检测存在的主要问题,提出了基于小波分析的钢丝绳断丝检测方法。在实际检测时,利用正交小波变换与多分辨分析对信号进行分解,剔除断丝信号中的噪声信号后,对信号进行重构。应用这种方法可以准确检测出钢丝绳是否断丝及断丝位置和程度,从而对钢丝绳的性能做出准确的判断,以避免断丝的误判断造成严重的事故和损失。The paper analyzed the working principle of the steel rope broken-wire detection, and proposed a steel rope broken-wire detection method based on wavelet analysis according to main problems existing during the steel rope broken-wire detection. During actual detection, orthogonal wavelet transform and multi-resolution analysis were applied to decompose the signal and exclude the noise in broken-wire signal, and then the signal was reconstructed. The application of the method accurately detected whether the steel rope contained broken wire as well as the location and extent of the broken-wire, so as to make accurate judgment on the performance of the steel rope and avoid serious accident and loss due to misjudgment on broken wire.
