摘 要:设计了一种以乳化液为介质的带式输送机液压自动张紧装置,在AMESim中建立了该装置及带式输送机的仿真模型,对带式输送机在启动、满速运行和机尾自移等工况下的动态特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在泵站流量大于一定值的前提下,该张紧装置可满足带式输送机在各种工况下对张紧力的要求;张紧力计算时应充分考虑输送机启动方式和机尾自移时的影响。A kind of emulsion-driving automatic take-up of the belt conveyor was designed. AMESim model of the take-up and the belt conveyor were established, and the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor were simulated and analyzed separately during start-up, full-speed operation and the tail moving. The simulation results showed: on the premise of the flow of the pump station being more than a certain value, the take-up met the requirements of the belt conveyor for the tension in various operation modes; the start-up mode and the influence of the tail moving should be fully taken into account on calculation of tension.
