摘 要:针对新型双层柔性立式磨机工作中出现摆臂断裂的情况,设计出上下摆臂可以自由活动的新锤轮支撑方案。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对新旧两种方案进行静力学和动力学分析。研究结果表明,新的锤轮支撑具有更高的静强度、更好的动力学特性、更高的低阶固有频率和更小的动态响应变形量,且在实际工作中不会发生摆臂断裂和共振。新方案较原方案更为合理,可根据对该磨机进行结构改进。In view of breaking of the rocking arm during operation of new-type double-layer flexible vertical mill, the paper designed the scheme of a new hammer support whose upper and lower rocking arm moved freely. It applied ANSYS to conduct statics analysis and dynamics analysis on old and new design scheme. The results showed: the new hammer support was characterized by higher static strength, higher dynamic characteristics, higher natural frequency of low orders and slighter dynamic response deformation, which meant the breaking and resonance of the rocking arms would not occur during actual operation. The new scheme was more reasonable than the old one, and the mill could be structurally improved based on the new scheme.
