摘  要:设计了一种大型球磨机衬板用铬钼合金耐磨钢,并对该铬钼合金钢进行了磨料磨损性能测试。结果表明,通过适当的热处理工艺,铬钼合金钢硬度为54.2HRC,冲击韧性达到32.8 J/cm2,得到的组织为马氏体+残余奥氏体;SEM检测表明,在基体上弥散分布着细小(约为1μm)的碳化物颗粒,颗粒中含有Mo、V、Cr、Mn多种合金元素,对提高该铬钼合金钢的耐磨性有重要作用,同种环境下耐磨性为高锰钢的3.75倍。A kind of wear-resistant steel bearing chromium and molybdenum used for the liner of the large ball mill was prepared, and its abrasive wear properties were tested. The results indicated: after appropriate heat treatment, the hardness of the Mo-Cr alloy steel was 54.2HRC and its impact toughness reached 32.8 J/cm2, it consisted ofmartensite and retained austenite. SEM images showed: fine carbide particles whose size was about 1 μm spread on the matrix, the particles contained Mo, V, Cr and Mn, which was of importance for improving the wear-resistant properties of the Cr-Mo alloy steel. The wear-resistant properties of the alloy steel were 3.75 times of that of high manganese steel in the same operation mode.
