摘  要:介绍了新型充气旋流微泡浮选柱的基本结构和分选原理,指出了新型充气旋流微泡浮选柱的优点。利用充气旋流微泡浮选柱与普通浮选柱进行了对比分析试验,结果表明,在相同的参数条件下,新型充气旋流微泡浮选柱的精煤产率提高了0.57个百分点,尾煤灰分升高了5.03%,有效避免了粗颗粒的跑粗现象,提高了浮选效果,为现场应用及后续设计提供参考。The overall structure and the separation principle of new-type inflatable cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column were introduced, and its advantages were pointed out. Contrast tests between the new-type inflatable cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column and the common flotation column were conducted. The results showed: at the same operation parameters, the yield of clean coal enhanced by 0.57 percentage points and the ash content of flotation tailings increased by 5.03% through applying the new-type inflatable cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column. Thus the escape of coarse particles was avoided, and flotation effects improved. The test results offered reference for field application and subsequent design.
