钢球锻造生产线的设计与分析

摘　　要：分析了球磨机研磨体——大直径钢球的市场需求及其生产工艺,根据生产需要对钢球锻造生产线进行了前期规划、设备选型,并制定工艺流程方案,建立了钢球锻造生产线三维模型。采用不同的节拍对生产线进行动态仿真,模拟了生产线的实时运行状况,以检验各工序在时间和空间上的协调性以及各运动部件之间的干涉碰撞的情况,确定了主要工序作业面的位置和范围、判断得出瓶颈工序,通过反复仿真并根据现场钢球锻打试验,对生产线进行了优化设计。The market demand and manufacturing process of the grinding agent, the large-diameter wear- resistant steel ball, were analyzed. According to production program, preliminary planning of the steel ball forging production line was made, equipment size was determined and process flow was made out. In addition, 3D model of the steel ball forging production line was built, and dynamic simulation on the production line at various paces was carried out. The simulation on real operation of the production line checked the coordination among all production procedures in time and space as well as the interference collision among moving parts, determined the location and range of the operation plane of main procedures, thus the bottleneck procedure of the whole line was identified. Finally, according to the forged steel ball in field test, the production line was further optimized.
