摘  要:简要介绍了我国铝土矿资源概况及世界铝土矿资源储量,并根据不同类型铝土矿的特点,从物理、化学和生物脱硅技术方面归纳了国内外铝土矿脱硅方法的研究进展。结果表明:在以硅酸盐矿物形态将含硅矿物除去时,适合采用物理选矿脱硅技术;对于嵌布粒度细或脉石矿物与目的矿物紧密共生的铝土矿,适合采用化学选矿脱硅技术;对于矿山尾矿、废石及低品位难处理铝土矿,适合采用生物选矿脱硅技术。同时指出物理选矿脱硅技术中探究高效分选设备的研究具有重要意义。The paper briefly introduced the general situation of domestic bauxite resources and the global bauxite reserves, and summarized the research progress of bauxite desilication at home and aboard from the physical, chemical and biological desilication technology according to characteristics of various bauxite. The results showed: for the siliceous minerals removed in the form of silicate, physical beneficiation and desilication technology was suitable; for the bauxite with fine disseminated particles or gangue in close symbiosis with aim bauxite, chemical beneficiation and desilication technology was suitable; for the tailings, waste rock and low-grade refractory bauxite, biological beneficiation and desilication technology was suitable. Meanwhile, the paper pointed out that it is of great significance to research the efficient separation equipment in physical beneficiation and desilication technology.
