摘  要:提出了一种新的液压支架试验台活动平台高度的自动调整方法。其原理是以高精度位移传感器作为反馈元件,构建计算机闭环控制系统,液压系统中调高主路采用高精度齿轮分流马达和辅路节流开关阀组成,根据调高同步误差值设定,分别控制主路及辅路的开断状态。阐述了自动调高控制系统软硬件设计。实际应用表明,调高过程中最大同步误差小于3 mm,最终对孔精度小于1 mm,解决了目前液压支架试验台手动调高的落后状况。The paper put forward a new method of automatically controlling the platform height of the test bench of the hydraulic support. In the method, the high-precision displacement sensor served as the feedback element to construct computer closed-loop control system, and the height-control circuit in the hydraulic system consisted of high-precision gear shunt motor and auxiliary throttling valve. According to set synchronous height error, the height-control circuit controlled the connection state of the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit. In addition, the hardware and software of the automatic height-control system were described. Practical application showed the maximum synchronous error during height control was less than 3 mm and final borehole aligning precision was less than 1 mm. The system solved the backward of manual controlling the height of the test bench of the hydraulic support.
