摘 要:探讨行星效应对卧式行星磨粉磨效果及能耗的影响,通过单因素实验,分析转速比、填充率和料球比对单位产量粉磨能耗的影响,研究出各行星因子下的最节能操作参数,并进行粉磨试验。结果表明,随着行星效应的增强,粉磨熟料的单位产量能耗先减小后增大,在行星因子Z为10时能耗最低,为220.699 5 J/g;同时,随着行星效应的增强,粉体产品产量逐渐增加、粉体比表面积逐渐减小,特性粒径减小,粉体更细。The influence of planetary factor on grinding effects and energy consumption of the horizontal planetary mill was explored. Single-factor test was applied to analyze the influence of rotary velocity ratio, filling ratio as well as ratio of charge to balls on specific grinding energy consumption. The optimal energy- saving operating parameters at various planetary factors were obtained, and grinding test was conducted. The results showed: with the enhancement of planetary effects, specific grinding energy consumption of clinker first decreased and then increased, and reached the minimum of 220.6995 J/g while Z was 10; meanwhile, the throughput gradually increased, specific surface area of powder slowly reduced, characteristic particle size decreased, thus the product was finer.
