摘 要:以河南某铝硅比约为3的低品位铝土矿为研究对象,探究干扰床分选机对其分选的可行性。通过破碎筛分以及浮沉试验确定了干扰床分选机较佳的入料粒度上限为0.90 mm,探索了干扰床分选机中上升水流大小与精矿铝硅比的关系,当上升水流为0.91 m3/h时,可以得到铝硅比为7.69、产率为26.13%的合格精矿。研究结果表明,干扰床分选机对低品位铝土矿的分选具有一定的效果,该研究对我国铝土矿的开发与应用具有一定的指导意义。A low-grade bauxite ore from Henan province whose mass ratio of A1 to Si was about three served as the study objective, and feasibility of separation with the teetered bed separator (TBS) was researched. After crushing and sieving as well as float-and-sink test, optimal upper limit of feedings size suitable for TBS was determined as 0.90 mr, and the relationship between rising water flow of TBS and the mass ratio of A1 to Si in concentrate was explored. When the rising water flow was 0.91 m3/h, qualified concentrate with the mass ratio of A1 to Si of 7.69 and the yield of 26.13% was obtained. The research results showed TBS possessed some effects for separation of low-grade bauxite, the study has certain guiding significance for the development and application of bauxite.
