摘 要:通过分析HSG系列近共振离心机的振动箱体结构和振动机理,确定了振动力学模型,结合杜芬方程,把系统刚度中分段函数曲线拟合为3次样条曲线,并得出了拟合方程。通过动力学分析计算,推导出系统固有频率表达式,确定了影响系统固有频率的因素;推导出振幅和频率比的关系式,画出了不同间隙e和不同刚度比ε的幅频特性曲线,找到了e、ε与振幅之间的变化关系,提出了通过调整缓冲块间隙来调节振幅的方法。By analyzing the structure and the vibration mechanism of the vibrating box of HSG series near resonance centrifuge, the paper established the vibration mechanical model. In combination with Dulling equation, the piecewise function curves of the system stiffness were fit as the cubic spline curve, and the fitting equations were achieved. After dynamics analysis and calculation, the expression of the natural frequency of the system was deduced, and the factors affecting the natural frequency of the system were identified. Meanwhile, the formula describing the relationship between the vibration amplitude and the frequency ratio was deduced, and amplitude-frequency characteristic curve at various gap e and various stiffness ε were plotted. And then, relationship between ε and ε with the vibration amplitude was identified. Finally, the method of adjusting the vibration amplitude with controlling the gap of buffering block was offered.
