摘  要:井下巷道支护中,工字钢棚支护应用广泛。对于弯曲变形工字钢,传统的工字钢回收方法费时、费力且效率低,往往会被现场丢弃,致使工字钢丢失严重。针对传统工字钢回收方法的缺陷,笔者提出了将前混合磨料射流技术应用于切割回收压弯工字钢的一种方法。试验结果可知,该方法适应性强、技术可靠,完全能够适应井下各种复杂工况,并在符合井下安全生产标准的同时,提高了工字钢回收效率。The universal beam shed is widely used in underground roadway supporting. Since traditional recycle of deformed I-section beams waste much time and labor with low efficiency, the beams are usually on-site discarded, which leads to severe loss of the beams. On this account, the paper proposed a method of cutting and recycling bent I-section beams with pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology. The test results showed the method was characterized by high adaptability and reliable process, totally suitable for various complex underground surroundings. Its application met the requirements of underground safety production and enhanced recycle efficiency of I-section beams.
