摘　　要：作为国家安全的重要组成部分,粮食安全问题一直备受各方关注。粮食安全问题涉及领域极其广泛,近年来各种冲击因素对粮食安全的影响逐渐成为了学术领域的研究热点。本文分别从气候变化、价格冲击、自然灾害、政策支持、科学技术、国际援助以及其他因素7个方面,梳理了研究文献,探讨了研究内容,归纳了研究方法,比较了研究结论。最后,基于文献述评,本文分析了现有研究的不足,并提出了未来需要进一步拓展的研究方向。Food security is not only an important component of national security,but also the important issue to the national economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,the influence of various impact factors on food security has become a hot topic researched by scholars at home and abroad.From the climate change,the market price shocks,natural disasters,agricultural support policies,agricultural science and technology,international assistance,and other factors,this paper concludes the domestic and foreign research literature.On the basis of the literature review,this paper raised the future direction of research in this field.
