摘 要:分析了开发的硅油减振器阻尼测试试验台的误差,对测试结果进行了分析.分析了偏心块安装角度误差对扭转激振系统激振力矩的误差和产生的附加径向力,以及两种硅油减振器阻尼计算方法的误差.结果表明:由试验台第二阶固有频率计算阻尼的方法具有更好的稳定性.当待测试的硅油减振器的壳体和惯量环的转动惯量确定以后,给出了试验台第二阶固有频率范围的计算方法.当硅油减振器以一定的速度旋转时,根据确定的试验台第二阶固有频率范围,给出了激振箱中太阳轮转速范围,使试验台的激振频率与试验台第二阶固有频率相等,由此使试验台系统共振,进而确定硅油减振器的阻尼.最后给出一个硅油减振器阻尼的测试结果,结果表明:硅油减振器的阻尼随着测试转速的上升呈现增大趋势,到达一定转速后阻尼变化较小.Errors and results analysis of viscous damping measuring bench of silicon oil damper were made. The in- fluence of installation angle errors of the eccentric blocks at the planet gears on the excitation torque and generated force at the bearing in the radial direction was analyzed. The errors from two calculation methods for estimating damp- ing of viscous damper were discussed and compared. One calculation method is based on the peak value from the transfer function of damper torsional vibration, and another one is based on the second resonance frequency of the measurement system. Results showed that the latter method was robust. When inertias of shell and inertia ring of the measured damper are known, the calculation procedure to determine the range of second resonance frequency is pro- posed. If rotational speed of the damper is specified, based on the range of second resonance frequency of the meas- urement system, the method to predict the range of rotational speed of the sun gear in the excitation system are pre- sented. Damping measurement for a viscous damper was carried out and the tested, results showed that the damp- ing of viscous damper grew with the increase of rotational speed, and tended to be stable after reaching a certain speed.
