摘　　要：在不同的评估背景下,专利的价值取向是有差异的。基于这些差异对专利价值进行分类,有助于准确评估专利价值。本文将专利价值分为经济价值和非经济价值,再将经济价值分为直接经济价值和间接经济价值,最后将直接经济价值具体划分为使用价值、交易价值、清算价值、担保价值和公平价值,并深入分析后四类专利价值的特征,提出相应的评估思路。Under the different backgrotmds of evaluation, each patent orientation is different. Based on these differences patent value is classified, that is helpful to accurately evaluate patent value. This paper tries to divide the patent value into economic value and non-economic value, divide economic value again into direct and indirect economic value, divide direct economic value finally into use value, transaction value, liquidation value, collateral value and fair value, and then analyze the characteristics of the last four types of patent value, put forward the corresponding thought of evaluation.
