摘　　要：近年来,我国西部地区农民专业合作社的数量快速增长,成为日益重要的农业生产组织方式。但是由于区位原因,面临着融资困难等问题。创造良好的外部环境是农民专业合作社健康成长的关键。本文通过问卷调研、重点访谈方式对广西、云南农民专业合作社的发展现状及外部环境进行分析,深入探讨西部地区农民专业合作社遇到外部环境困境的原因,并提出相应的政策建议。Agricultural cooperatives, which play an important role in modernizing Chinese agriculture,are increasing rapidly in western China. Through the survey of agricultural cooperatives in Guangxi andYunnan, we found that the agricultural cooperatives were facing severe external environment, for the reasonof lacking talent and capital, as well as government support and social service. At last, we put forward somepolicy recommendations from the aspects of talent, capital, government support and social service.
