摘　　要：目的:探讨人格、家庭和班级环境对生态移民儿童的内化性行为问题的影响。方法:采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、艾森克人格问卷(儿童版)(EPQ-C)、家庭环境问卷(FES)和班级环境问卷(MCI)对宁夏2653名6-16岁生态移民儿童进行测量,以内化性行为问题为因变量,以人格和环境因素为自变量,进行多层线性回归分析。结果:人格因素中精神质和神经质维度对6-11岁男性和女性儿童内化性行为问题有显著影响(P<0.05),12-16岁儿童内化性行为问题受神经质、精神质以及内外向三个维度的影响(P<0.05);家庭环境中组织性维度对男性儿童内化性行为问题具有显著影响(P<0.05),而亲密度和矛盾性维度对各年龄段儿童均具有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:人格因素、家庭以及班级环境因素可共同影响内化性行为问题的发生。Objective：To explore the relationship between eco-migrant adolescents＇ introverted behavior problems andpersonality,family,and class environment.Methods：We Used the Child behavior checklist（CBCL）,Eysenck personalityquestionnaire-Child Edition（EPQ-C）,Family environment scale（FES）,and My class inventory（MCI） to investigate 2653eco-migrant youths.Results：The Psychoticism factor of personality traits affected introversion behavior problems of 6-11year-old eco-migrant girls,and the Neuroticism factor affected 6-11 year-old boys＇.The introversion behavior problem of12-16 year-old eco-migrant children were affected by Psychoticism,Neuroticism and Extraversion factors of personalitytraits.The Organization factor of FES only affect introversion behavior problems of eco-migrant boys,but the Cohesion andConflict factors of FES showed significant effect on eco-migrant children neglect age and gender.Conclusion：The factorof personality,and family environment can effectively influence the occurrence of introverted behavior problems.
