摘 要:以甜菜ST13092为供试品种,采用室内营养液水培的培养方式,研究了不同幼苗期盐胁迫下甜菜体内水分变化情况。研究结果表明:盐胁迫条件下,含水量、相对含水量及水势随着盐浓度的升高而降低。3对真叶期盐胁迫叶片含水量、叶柄含水量和水势都比子叶期的低。子叶期第一对叶片含水量对盐胁迫的敏感程度大于第二对叶片,而3对真叶期胁迫的第三对叶片含水量与第四对无明显差异;3对真叶期盐胁迫与子叶期的叶片饱和水分亏缺都是随盐浓度的升高而增大;三叶期盐胁迫于280mmol/L浓度胁迫下3对真叶期比子叶期叶片水势下降幅度大;对于叶片相对含水量及水势,同一处理不同叶位没有明显差异。Sugar beet ST13092 was cultivated in the hydroponic experiment to investigate the effects of the different NaCl concentrations on the moisture content of sugar beet seedlings . T he results show that :water content , leaf relative water content and water potential were decreased significant with the increase of NaCl concentration .Leaves water content ,petioles water content and water potential in the three pairs of true leaves stage under salt stress were lower than in the cotyledon stage . It was more seriously influence on the first pair of leaf water content than the second pair of leaf in the cotyledon stage under salt stress ,and the effect on leaf water content had no significant difference between different leaf positions in the three pairs of true leaves stage under the same treatment . Leaf water saturation deficits increased with the increase of the salt concentration in the cotyledon stage and the three pairs of true leaves stage . The water potential under the 280 mmol/L NaCl treatment in the three true leaf stages were decreased more serious than cotyledon stage . The effect on leaf relative water content and water potential had no significant difference between different leaf positions under the same treatment .
