摘　　要：目的:了解医用输液自动换瓶装置的市场需求现状及趋势。方法:随机选取湖南省16家各级医院610名各科室护理岗位工作人员,问卷调查医用输液自动换瓶装置的需求基础、需求现状及需求意愿。结果:87.7%的护士认为护士劳动强度大,护理治疗模块占整个护理劳动强度的61.6%;二级及以上医院有99.6%的护士对能减轻劳动强度的仪器设备表示非常期待;99.2%的护理工作人员表示会使用多瓶液体串联自动换瓶装置。结论:医院对使用方便、功能完备的自动换瓶装置需求迫切。The aim is to know the present situation and the trend of market demand for automatic switching device of medical transfusion bottle. The Method is randomly selected 610 nursing staff from every department in 16 hospitals in Hunan province, and the questionnaire surveys the demand in basis, present situation and willingness of automatic switching device for medical transfusion bottle. The results are that 87.7% nurses think they are with high intensity of labor, and nursing treatment module accounts for 61.6%of the whole nursing labor intensity. 99.6%nurses in Level 2 hospital and above are looking forward to instruments and equipments that reduce their intensity of labor. 99.2% nursing staff said they would use device in series automatic bottles of liquid. The conclusion is that hospitals urgently need to use convenient and full functional automatic switching device for bottle.
