摘 要:目的探讨日点评分析法在病区护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法采用日点评分析法:护士长日常巡查,医疗秘书记录与护理质量缺陷相关的内容,晚交班集中评价每名责任护士分管患者护理落实的相关问题。比较实施前后病区基础护理合格率、病房管理合格率、专科护理合格率、危重患者护理合格率、用药安全管理合格率等。结果日点评分析法实施后,病区基础护理合格率、病房管理合格率、专科护理合格率、危重患者护理合格率、用药安全管理合格率均有提升,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论日点评分析法是适用于病区护理质量管理的一种有效的质量改进方法。Objective To study the effect of the application of daily review analysis in the continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods The content of daily review analysis included head nurses' daily inspections, health secretaries' recording of the contents related to nursing quality deficiency and together assessment of each nurse's performance based on their work of their registered patients at the evening shift changes. Ward based nursing qualified rate, ward management qualification rate, specific nursing rate, critical patients nursing qualified rate and medication safety management qualified rate were compared before and after the implementation of daily review analysis.Results After the implementation of daily review analysis, all the rates increased including ward based nursing qualified rate, ward management qualification rate, specific nursing rate, critical patients nursing qualified rate and medication safety management qualified rate. Compared with the rates before the implementation of daily review analysis, there was difference with statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Daily review analysis was an effective method of quality improving and was appropriate for ward nursing quality management.
