针灸颈夹脊穴联合推拿治疗颈源性眩晕的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸颈夹脊穴联合推拿治疗颈源性眩晕的治疗效果及应用价值。方法选取2011年12月-2013年12月湖北省中医院收治的颈源性眩晕患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸颈夹脊穴联合推拿治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后颈部疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和颈椎活动度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸颈夹脊穴联合推拿治疗颈源性眩晕疗效可靠,能够提升患者椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度,改善患者疼痛症状,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects and value of acupuncture of neck-clip-ridge point combined with massage on the treatment of cervical vertigo.Method 106 cases of patients with cervical vertigo received in the Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.The control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules for treatment and the observation group were added acupuncture of neck-clip-ridge point and massage therapy on the basis of treatment in the control group.The effects of both groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After their treatment,scores for neck pain visual analog scale（VAS）and the improvement of cervical motion in the observation group were better than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the mean flow velocities in left vertebral artery,the right vertebral artery and basilar artery of patients in the observation group were respectively higher than the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Acupuncture of neck-clip-ridge point with massage has a reliable effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo,can improve patients′mean flow velocities in vertebral arteries and basilar artery and relieve their pain symptoms,worthy of further clinical promotion.
