摘  要:于三峡库区香溪河消落带(145~175m)采集11个狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.)及其根际土样品,测定狗牙根总镉(BT-Cd)含量和根际土的理化特性(有机质、粘粒、P、S、K、Fe、Al、Mn、B、Ca、Cu、Cd、Zn和pH),运用模型模拟两者之间的关系,揭示狗牙根对镉(Cd)的积累特性与机制.结果表明:香溪河消落带BT-Cd含量未超过中国国家饲料卫生标准Cd含量(0.5mg·kg-1);BT-Cd含量与土壤总磷(ST-P)、土壤Mehlich3-P(SM3-P)含量间存在正相关关系,与土壤总镉(ST-Cd)和土壤Mehlich3-Cd(SM3-Cd)之间无显著相关;基于土壤综合特性构建植物富集重金属的模型,能很好地模拟狗牙根对Cd的富集.We collected 11bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.)specimen and their rhizosphere soil on Water-Level-Fluctuating Zone(145-175m)along Xiangxi River for the determination of Cd content in bermudagrass and pH,content of organic matter,clay content,and P,S,K,Fe,Al,Mn,B,Ca,Cu,Cd,Zn in the soil as well.A mathematical model was developed to predict the relationship of them,to reveal the characteristics and mechanism of bermudagrass accumulate Cd from its rhizosphere soil.The results indicate that the concentration of Cd in bermudagrass lies within the limit of Chinese national standard of feed hygiene(0.5mg·kg-1).Depending on the results observed both total P and Mehlich3-P(M3-P)concentration in the soil show a positive correlation with Cd content in bermudagrass.However,both total Cd and Mehlich3-Cd(M3-Cd)concentration in the soil show no significant correlation with Cd content in bermudagrass.Providing the required variables,the mathematical model can significantly predict the Cd content in bermudagrass.The results can provide a scientific basis for controlling Cd content in plant and remediating Cd polluted soil.
