摘　　要：长江既是横贯我国东两的水运大动脉，也是沿江省市发展临港经济、打造内河流域经济带的重要依托。去年4月，国务院总理李克强在重庆主持召开座谈会时就强调，要依托长江黄金水道建设长江经济带．立足改革开放谋划发展新棋局。The Yangtze River is the main artery of China＇ s east and west and an important support for coastal provinces and municipalities to develop port- neighboring economy and building inland river basin economic belt. Premier Li Keqiang emphasized while presiding over a Chongqing forum last April to rely on the Yangtze River Golden Waterway to build the Yangtze economic belt and keep a foothold of new composition of reform and opening- up and planning development.
