摘 要:为了研究倾斜偏心对轮毂永磁同步电机振动和噪声的影响,基于理论解析与有限元分析倾斜偏心下轮毂永磁同步电机的电磁力.根据轮毂电机实际工况进行受力分析,得到轴向不同位置处偏心量.基于二维周向静态偏心模型对比分析偏心前后电磁力波的来源、空间阶次及频率特征.对选取的某24极27槽轮毂永磁同步电机,通过建立倾斜偏心三维有限元模型,计算分析空间分布和时间历程的电磁力波以及三向不平衡磁拉力.结果表明:偏心后电磁力成分更为丰富;偏心率和倾斜角的增加不会影响电磁力的阶次和频率分布,但与低阶力波幅值和不平衡磁拉力幅值成线性关系,将加剧电机的振动.In order to research the effects of inclined eccentricity on the vibration and noise of Wheel-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the electromagnetic force of Wheel-drive PMSM with in- clined eccentricity was analyzed based on the analytical model and the finite element (FE) model. The ec- centricities along the axial direction were obtained according to deformation calculation of the motor in working conditions. Then, based on the analytical model of static eccentricity, the electromagnetic force characteristics of the motor with static eccentricity were analyzed and compared with those of motor under healthy. Besides, a 3-D FE model of 24-pole/27-slot Wheel-drive PMSM with inclined eccentricity was de- veloped and both the unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP) and the electromagnetic force were analyzed with different levels of eccentricity and incline angle. The simulation results ity produces new components of electromagnetic force. Simultaneously show that the motor with eccentric- the increase of eccentricity linearly influences the amplitude of low-order space harmonics,and the incline angle has a similar impact on UMP. For this reason, the vibration of motor will be exacerbated.
