摘　　要：在部署检测设备的基础上,设计了动车组运行安全联网监控系统的总体框架及系统主要功能,以提高安全监控和运用检修的质量和效率,加强车辆运行状态的监控和管理,及时消除隐患,便于各子系统综合监控动车组,便于监控数据在各级部门综合利用。In the article,the framework of the EMU Running Security Networking Monitoring System was offered and the main function was designed.The System could improve the quality and efficiency of monitoring and overhaul,detect and deal with troubles timely,real-time monitor the status of moving EMU,so as to monitor EMU integrated for each subsystem and make good use of monitoring data in departments at all levels.
