摘　　要：采集宜君县10个乡镇典型代表村0～25 cm层次土样,分别测定土壤pH值、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾等指标,并采用改进的内梅罗指数法对各个乡镇的土壤养分进行调查与评价。结果表明：宜君县各个乡镇土壤综合肥力水平整体一般,其中,五里镇、雷塬乡、城关镇、西村乡、彭镇、棋盘镇、云梦乡、太安镇和哭泉乡土壤肥力系数为0.91～1.19（0.9～1.8）,属于一般肥力水平;尧生乡土壤肥力系数仅为0.89（〈0.9）,土壤肥力属于贫瘠水平。全氮和速效磷是此地区的主要限制因子。总体来看,宜君县土壤养分含量处于中低水平,且存在碱解氮和速效钾含量分布不均匀,全氮、全磷和速效磷含量偏低、pH值偏高等问题,因此土壤的培肥空间比较大。Objective To evaluate the effect of human touch combined with facilitated tucking to reduce pain during examination for retinopathy of prematurity. Methods According to the inclusion criteria, sixty premature infants were divided into intervention group and control group. The infants in the control group received routine care and the other in the intervention group received human touch combined with facilitated tucking on the basis of routine care excepting swaddled. The physiol -ogical and behavioral index were used to evaluate the degree of pain. Results There were statistical difference between the two groups in score of PIPP after the examination and the number of crying infants, the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Human touch combined with facilitated tucking was an effective measure for pain relief during examination for retinopathy of prematurity, allowing the examination carded out safely and smoothly.
