摘　　要：城乡发展失衡、差距日趋扩大,已经成为当前我国经济生活中存在的突出矛盾之一。十八大报告提出:解决好农业农村农民问题是全党工作重中之重,城乡发展一体化是解决"三农"问题的根本途径。本文立足于我国城乡发展的现状,结合国内外发展经验,运用国内外先进理论基础,全面剖析我国统筹城乡发展面临的问题,贯彻党的政策,提出较为适合的发展策略。The imbalance between rural and urban development and the widening gap have become one of the prominent contradictions existing in China＇s economic life. The Eighteenth National People＇s Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that： to solve the agriculture, rural area and farmers＇ issue is the party＇s work priority and urban and rural integrated development is a fundamental way to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue. Based on the current situation of urban and rural development, referring to the development experience at home and abroad, and adopting advanced theory, a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by urban and rural development is carried out and a more suitable development strategy is put forward.
