摘　　要：高体三教授是第二批国家级名老中医,高体三教授以六经辨证为主线,以脏腑辨证为核心,立足于肝肾两脏生理特性,临床灵活运用附子等温热药,效如桴鼓,对附子确有独到发挥,笔者试对高体三教授运用附子的经验加以总结,以期能够更好地指导临床实践。Professor Gao Tisan is the second batch of national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Gao Tisan con-sidered six meridian syndrome differentiation as the main line, with the viscera syndrome differentiation as the core, based on the physio-logical characteristics of the liver and kidney organs, clinical flexibility in the use of aconite isothermal heat medicine, worked quickly, a-conite really was unique. The author tried to summarize experience on Professor Gao Tisan on using aconite, and in order to guide the clinical practice more efficiently.
