乳痛消治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳痛消治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选择肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组口服乳痛消治疗,对照组口服乳疾灵颗粒治疗。3个月后观察两组患者乳腺肿块大小,疼痛及中医证候改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.56%,对照组总有效率为73.33%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗两组患者的肿块大小评分、疼痛评分、中医证候评分均有显著下降(P<0.01),与对照组相比,治疗组下降更加明显(P<0.05)。结论乳痛消可以减轻肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生症乳房肿块大小、疼痛程度、改善中医证候,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Rutongxiao therapy on stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods We chose 90 patients with stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm of hyperplasia of mammary glands. They were divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were given oral Rutongxiao and the pa-tients in the control group were given oral Rujiling granules. Three months later, we observed breast mass size, pain and improvement of TCM syndromes of patients of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significant higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The scores of breast mass size, pain and improvement of TCM syndromes of all patients in two groups were decreased obviously（P〈0.01）. But there was a significant decrease compared with the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rutongxiao can alleviate breast mass size, pain and improvement of TCM syndromes of patients with Stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm of hyperplasia of mammary glands and has good therapeutic effects.
