得宝松局部注射加中医扩肛法治疗痔术后瘢痕性肛管狭窄30例

摘　　要：目的探讨得宝松局部注射加中医扩肛法治疗痔术后瘢痕性肛管狭窄的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月—2014年9月我院收治的90例痔术后瘢痕性肛管狭窄患者为研究对象,将其随机分为3组,对照组30例仅进行中医扩肛治疗;治疗A组痔术后10天于创面下局部注射得宝松,并辅加中医扩肛治疗;治疗B组痔术后1个月后于瘢痕下局部注射得宝松,并辅加中医扩肛治疗。结果与对照组相比,治疗A组和治疗B组痔术后瘢痕性肛门狭窄得到有效缓解,同时,也缓解了患者术后肛门疼痛和排便困难等,对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论得宝松局部注射加中医扩肛法治疗痔术后瘢痕性肛管狭窄效果明显,不仅有效减轻了瘢痕形成,同时也有效预防了瘢痕性肛门狭窄,效果令人满意,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of diprospan local injections and expanding anus method of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative cicatricial anal canal stenosis. Methods 90 cases of hemorrhoid postoperative cicatricial anal canal stenosis patients were chosen as the research object from September 2012 to September 2012, and they were randomly divided into 3groups. The control group of 30 cases only received expanding anus of traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The treatment group A received diprospan local injections 10 days after operation, and combined with auxiliary expanding anus of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The treatment group B received diprospan local injections one month after operation, and combined with auxiliary expanding anus of tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment. Results Compared with the control group, hemorrhoid postoperative cicatricial anal stenosis of the treat-ment group A and group B effectively relieved, at the same time, postoperative anal pain and difficulty of defecation of the patients relieved,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of diprospan local injections and expanding anus method of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative scar of anal canal stenosis effect is obvious, and it both effectively reduced the scar formation and prevented the cicatricial anal stenosis, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
