类风湿性关节炎针灸疗法临床文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗类风湿性关节炎的最常用并且疗效最好的针灸疗法。方法在CNKI、VIP数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中检索针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究文献,建立治法文献数据库,采用文献计量学及数据挖掘的方法,对关于类风湿性关节炎临床文献中的针灸疗法进行统计分析。结果治疗方法使用频次最多的针灸并用,其次是针灸联合中药。结论针灸对该病的治疗操作简单、效果良好,值得临床广泛推广。Objective Discussion the most commonly used and best curative effect of the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Literature search of clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in CNKI, VIP database, China biomedical literature database were made. Establishing the literature database, using the method of literature metrology and data mining, the rheumatoid arthritis in clinical literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy were statistically analyzed. Results The most frequently used method was acupuncture and moxibustion, followed by acupuncture com-bined with traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has the ad-vantages of simple operation and good effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
