通腑醒神胶囊配合中医护理治疗脑卒中后便秘30例

摘　　要：目的比较通腑醒神胶囊配合中医护理和乳果糖口服溶液治疗脑卒中后便秘的疗效差异。方法将脑卒中后便秘患者60例随机分为观察组(口服通腑醒神胶囊配合中医护理)和对照组(口服乳果糖口服溶液),每组30例。观察组口服通腑醒神胶囊4粒,每日3次,同时配合中医护理治疗;对照组口服乳果糖口服溶液,每日2次,每次15 ml。两组均治疗7天,治疗后根据临床症状积分和疗效评定标准进疗效评价,并观察不良反应的发生。结果两组患者治疗后便秘症状积分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后便秘症状积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,对照组为90%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通腑醒神胶囊配合中医护理治疗脑卒中后便秘疗效确切。Objective To compare the curative effects of Tongfu Xingshen capsule combined with TCM nursing with lactulose oral solution on the treatment of constipation after cerebral apoplexy. Methods All 60 patients of constipation after cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into treatment group（oral Tongfu Xingshen capsule combined with TCM nursing） and the control group（PO lactulose oral so-lution）, and each group had 30 cases. The observation group took orally Tongfu Xingshen capsule, 4 capsules every time, 3 times a day,at the same time cooperate with TCM nursing treatment. The control group took orally lactulose oral solution, 2 times a day, 15 ml every time. The two groups were treated for 7 days, the curatve effect was evaluated according to clinical syndrome integral and clinic effects standard after treatment, and observed the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The constipation symptoms integral of the two groups were compared after treatment, the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 93.33%, total effective rate of the control group was 90%, and it has no statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was significant clinical effect of Tongfu Xingshen capsule combined with TCM nursing on the treatment of constipation after cere-bral apoplexy.
