摘 要:目的研究化浊行血颗粒对食饵性AS模型大鼠血脂、ET-1、NO的影响,探讨中药治疗AS作用机制。方法实验动物按质量随机分为正常对照组、模型组和药物组,每组12只,采用高脂饲料法建立大鼠食饵性AS模型。药物组给予化浊行血颗粒水溶液,正常对照组、模型组分别给予等容量的蒸馏水,连续干预8周后检测各组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ET-1、NO。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C明显增高(P<0.05),HDL-C基本一致;药物组与模型组比较,TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C明显增高(P<0.05);ET-1、N O三组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论化浊行血颗粒可调控血脂,并保护血管内皮。Objective To explore the effect of Huazhuo Xingxue granules on blood lipid, ET-1 and NO in the common carotid artery of atherosclerosis rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, and medicine groups. Each group had 12 rats. Establishing AS model by adopting high lipid feed method. The medicine group was administrated with Huazhuo Xingxue granules.The control group and model group were taken orally equivolumetric distilled water. Blood lipid, ET-1 and NO were measured after treatment for a course of 8 weeks. Results Comparing with the control group, the TC, TG, LDL-C and ET-1 of the model group obviously increased, there were significantly difference(P〈0.05), HDL-C of model group was in accord with the control group. Comparing with the model group, the TC, TG, LDL-C of the medicine group obviously decreased, there were significantly difference( P〈0.05). HDL-C and NO of the medicine group was significantly higher than those of the model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Huazhuo Xingxue granules can regulate blood lipid, and protect vascular endothelial function.
