从治未病探讨结肠黑变病的防治

摘　　要：目的从中医"治未病"思想方面综述了结肠黑变病的防治,强调早期防治的重要性。方法检索近年来结肠黑变病致病因素的相关研究,贯彻中医"治未病"思想,从"未病先防"、"既病防变"、"瘥后防复"三个方面探讨结肠黑变病的防治。结果早期对致病因素进行控制及干预,能预防结肠黑变病的发生与发展。对已患有结肠黑变病的患者,进行积极治疗,能降低结肠息肉、腺瘤的发生率,预防癌变。结论贯彻"治未病"的思想,对结肠黑变病进行早期干预及积极治疗,能有效控制MC的发展,提高患者的生活质量。Objective This article included discussions on the theory and application of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of melanosis coli, and emphasized the importance of early prevention and treatment.Methods With detailed research into related studies of pathogenic factor in melanosis coli patients from recent years. Prevention and treatment of melanosis coli was discussed on three aspects of ＂ prevention before disease onset＂, ＂ preventing disease from exacerbating＂ and ＂ prevention of the recrudescence of diease＂ by theory of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂. Results Early and timely intervention of pathogenic factor can prevent the occurrence and development of melanosis coli. In melanosis coli patients, active treatment can reduce the incidence of colon polyp and colonic adenoma. Conclusion By using ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ theory of traditional Chinese medicine, early and timely intervention and treatment can effectively reduce the occurrence and development of melanosis coli, and improve the quality of patients＇ s life.
