摘　　要：经方备受古今医家推崇,其在失眠疾病的治疗有独特优势,如栀子豉汤、小陷胸汤、归脾汤等至今仍在临床广泛使用。本文检索了2000年至今的文献,按其主要表现分证对经方治疗失眠疾病进行归纳总结。The classical prescription was highly praised by doctors from ancient time to the present. It has its special advantage on the cure of insomnia; even nowadays these classical prescriptions are widely used in clinic, such as Zhizichi decoction, Xiaoxianxiong decoc-tion, Guipi decoction, and others. This article included retrieval literatures since 2000; we summarized the classical prescriptions which treated insomnia according to main performance and fen syndromes.
