摘　　要：足部是糖尿病这个多系统疾病的一个复杂的靶器官,损害包括轻度的神经症状到严重的溃疡、感染、血管疾病、Charcot关节病和神经病变性骨折等,其治疗方法融合了外科手术、介入治疗及内科支持治疗,而我国传统的中医中药作为重要的辅助治疗方法,在糖尿病足的防治中具有重要的作用,尤其在基层医疗机构,本文就近5年来中医中药治疗糖尿病足进展进行综述,着重包括糖尿病足中医治疗理论进展、中医外治法治疗糖尿病足进展、中医内治法治疗糖尿病足进展、专方专药几个方面。Foot is a complex target organ in diabetes mellitus. Damages including mild neurological symptoms, severe ulceration, infec-tion, vascular lesions, Charcot joint disease and neuropathic fractures. Treatment methods include surgical operation, interventional therapy and internal medicine support treatment. While traditional Chinese medicine as an adjuvant important therapeutic method, plays an impor-tant role in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot, especially in basic medical institutions. In recent 5 years, progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on diabetic foot were reviewed, mainly including diabetic foot treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theo-ry, progress of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, progress of internal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and special prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.
