防己黄芪胶囊对痰湿壅盛型高血压病血尿酸代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的观察防己黄芪胶囊对痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者血尿酸及血压水平的影响。方法选择中医辨证符合痰湿壅盛型高血压病及其他相关条件的病人59例,并随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。对照组应用西药卡托普利治疗,而治疗组采用卡托普利加用防己黄芪胶囊的治疗方法,疗程6周。观察血尿酸及血压水平和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组比对照组血尿酸水平下降有显著性差异,收缩压、平均血压水平显著降低,且中医症状积分显著下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但舒张压下降无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论防己黄芪汤能够显著降低痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者的血尿酸及血压水平,并改善患者的临床症状。Objectives To investigate the influence of the Fangji Huangqi capsule on the blood-uric-acid level of hypertension of the phlegm-dampness-type. Methods Picking out 59 case who conformed to phlegm-dampness-type hypertension by syndrome differentiation of TCM and other relative conditions, and they were randomly divide into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（29 cases）.The treatment group adopted captopril and Fangji Huangqi capsule, while the control group only adopted captopril. 6 weeks being a course of treatment. The symptom rating scores, blood pressure and the blood-uric-acid levels were recorded respectively before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, there were significant differences upon the blood-uric-acid level, the systolic blood pressure,the average blood pressure and the Chinese medicine symptom rating scores（ P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference between the diastolic blood pressure（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Fangji Huangqi capsule can significantly decrease the blood pressure and the blood-uric-acid levels of those patients with hypertension of the Phlegm-dampness-type, and improve their clinical symptoms.
