摘　　要：高体三教授是第二批国家级名老中医,高体三教授以六经辨证为主线,以脏腑辨证为核心,立足于肾与膀胱的生理特性,临床灵活运用附子等温热药,效如桴鼓,对附子确有独到发挥,笔者试对高体三教授运用附子的经验加以总结,以期能够更好地指导临床实践。Professor Gao Tisan is the second batch of national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Gao Tisan con-sidered six meridian syndrome differentiation as the main line, with the viscera syndrome differentiation as the core, based on the physio-logical characteristics of the kidney and bladder organs, clinical flexibility in the use of aconite isothermal heat medicine, worked quickly,aconite really was unique. The author tried to summarize experience on Professor Gao Tisan on using aconite, and in order to guide the clinical practice more efficiently.
