孙伟教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的经验

摘　　要：孙伟教授潜心研究慢性肾小球肾炎多年,倡用辨病辨证结合的治疗理念,提出肾虚湿瘀为慢性肾小球肾炎的基本病机,创"益肾清利活血"法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿,治疗上强调补肾为先、平补肾气,清热利湿,祛风胜湿,活血化瘀为主,对于难治性、反复发作性蛋白尿运用虫类药,临证治疗显示可明显减少蛋白尿并有效改善肾功能。Professor Sun Wei concentrated on the study of chronic glomerulonephritis for many years, and be familiar with the use of the treatment concept which the combination of differentiation of syndrome and disease. He proposed that the basic pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis was kidney deficiency and dampness and blood stasis. He founded the therapeutic modality of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation and clearing away the damp-heat on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Professor Sun stressed that the priority of treatment of the chronic glomerulonephritis was kidney treatment on first, nourishing kidney, the secondly treatment with clearing heat and removing dampness, expelling wind and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, for refractory, using insect drugs to treat recurrent proteinuria. The clinical effect showed that this therapy significantly reduced proteinuria and improved renal function.
