摘　　要：目的观察参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰揭的临床疗效。方法 68例慢性心力衰竭患者采用随机分组的方法,分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,对照组给予洋地黄、硝酸酯类药物、利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂等药物治疗,治疗组在上述常规治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液治疗。持续治疗2周后,比较两组患者左室射血分数、BNP及临床疗效。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液对慢性心力衰竭有较好疗效,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 68 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 34 cases. The control group was given digitalis, diuretics, nitrates, beta blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other drugs. Based on the routine therapy, the treatment group received Shenmai injection. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction, BNP and clinical therapeutic effect were compared. Results The indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenmai injection has a good curative effect on chronic heart failure, and it is safe and reliable.
