丹红注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病34例

摘　　要：目的观察中药制剂丹红注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集我院近年来2型糖尿病合并冠心病的病例共68例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组34例和对照组34例。治疗组给予中药制剂丹红注射液配合常规降糖、降压、降脂、抗血小板治疗,对照组仅给予常规治疗。观察患者治疗前后比较临床症状及体征、心电图。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.2%,对照组的总有效率为73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心电图改善情况比较中,治疗组同样高于对照组,P<0.05,差异明显。结论丹红注射液在改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床症状上疗效确切。同时可降低血脂,减少炎症因子释放,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of danhong injection on the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes with coronary heart disease. Methods 68 cases in our hospital in recent two years with type Ⅱdiabetes with coronary heart disease were collected, and were randomly divided into treatment group of 34 patients and control group of 34 patients. The treatment group received Danhong injection combined with conventional glucose, blood pressure, lipid-lowering and anti-platelet therapy. The control group received only conventional treatment. The clinical symptoms, signs and electrocardiogram of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.5%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The improvement of ECG of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05, and differences were significant. Conclusion The effect of Danhong injection in improving the clinical symptoms of patients which had typeⅡ diabetes with coronary heart disease was exact. At the same time it can lower blood lipids, reduce the release of inflammatory factors, and had fewer adverse reactions. It was worthy of clinical promotion.
