摘  要:目的研究化浊行血颗粒对食饵性动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠颈总动脉核因子-κB的影响,探讨中药治疗AS的有效方法。方法实验动物按质量随机分为正常对照组、模型组和药物组,每组12只,采用高脂饲料法建立大鼠食饵性AS模型。建模后,药物组灌胃给予化浊行血颗粒水溶液(12 g生药/kg·d),正常对照组、模型组分别给予等容量的蒸馏水,连续8周。免疫印迹法观察NF-κB表达。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组和药物组NF-κB均显著增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,药物组NF-κB显著降低(P<0.01)。结论化浊行血颗粒可有效拮抗核因子-κB,从而抑制AS的发生、发展。Objective To explore the effect of Huazhuo Xingxue g ranules on nuclear factor kappa B( NF-κB) in the common carotid artery of atherosclerosis rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into control, model, and medicine groups. The medicine group was administrated with Huazhuo Xingxue granules for a course of 8 weeks after the atherosclerosis model rats were established by high fat diet. The control group and model group were taken orally equivolumetric distilled water. NF-κB was measured by western blotting. Results The NF-κB of model, medicine groups obviously increased, which were significantly difference with the control group(P〈0.01). The NF-κB of medicine group was significantly less than that of the model group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Huazhuo Xingxue granules can resist NF-κB to inhibit the development of atherosclerosis.
