摘  要:目的综合传统与现代汤剂煎煮研究概况,为煎煮技术规范化提供依据。方法查阅文献,整理分析,撰写综述。结果汤剂起源于商朝,传统对容器、煎煮时间、用水量以及先煎后下等特殊规定,现代煎药设备的种类繁多,配合加压、过滤、包装等,基本达到传统汤剂的要求。结论煎煮方法和设备条件影响汤剂质量,应加强汤剂煎煮技术的研究。Objective Comprehensive study of traditional decoction and modern decoction to provide the basis of extracting technology standardization. Methods We checkedg literatures, consoled analysis and wrote summary. Results Decoctions originated in the Shang Dynasty. The traditional technology had special provisions in container, decocting time, water and decoct first or after. Now there were so many kinds of modern decocting equipments, with the technologies of enhance pressure, fliter, packing. Modern technology has basically reached the requirements of the traditional decoction. Conclusion Decocting methods and equipment conditions can influence the quality of decoction, so we should enhance to study decoction technology.
