摘　　要：经方备受古今医家推崇,其在脾胃病的治疗中有独特优势,如小建中汤、小柴胡汤等至今仍在被临床广泛使用。本文检索了2000年至今的文献,按其涉及疾病分为胃痛、呕吐、腹痛,并分证对经方治疗脾胃疾病进行归纳总结。The classical prescription was highly praised by doctors from ancient time to the present. It has special advantage on the treatment of spleen and stomach disease; even nowadays these classical prescriptions were widely used in clinic, such as Xiaojianzhong decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction and so on. This article included retrieval literatures since 2000, and these literatures were divided into stomachache, vomit and abdominal pain according to disease involved. We summarized the classical prescriptions which treated spleen and stomach diseases by different fen syndrome.
