摘　　要：中医呼吸专科医师的培养是中医类呼吸专业人才的必经之路。如何培养中医专科医师的综合能力是培养重点。采用多种方式对中医呼吸科专科医师进行规范化培训,可有效防范医疗纠纷,提高医疗质量,为社会输送优秀的中医专科人才。It is the only way that who wants to be the experts of respiration department of traditional Chinese medicine must finish the training of respiratory specialist of Chinese medicine. How to develop the overall capability of clinical ability is the focus of the specialist training. Using a variety of ways to strengthen the training of junior doctors in their clinical ability and standardizing the training of spe-cialists can effectively reduce medical disputes and improve the quality of medical care, and cultivate excellent doctors of traditional Chi-nese medicine for the society.
