摘  要:目的优选天花粉多糖的提取工艺。方法以天花粉多糖的提取率为评价指标,以加水量、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,采用星点设计-效应面法优选工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果天花粉多糖最优提取工艺:加16倍量水,于52℃超声提取2次,每次71 min;天花粉多糖的提取率为4.36%。结论星点设计-效应面法优选的提取工艺稳定简便,预测良好。Objective To optimize the extraction of polysaccharide in Trichosanthis Radix. Methods The extraction rate of polysaccharide was used as the index and the water fold, extraction temperature and extraction time as the factor. Central composite design-response surface method (CCD-RSM) was used to optimize the extraction, and the observed and predicted value were compared. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction twice with 16-fold water, 52 ℃, 71 min each time. The polysaccharide was 4.36%. Conclusion Central composite design-response surface method is convenient for optimizing extraction ofpolysaccharide.
