摘 要:卟啉类化合物是由4个吡咯环依次围成的大环化合物,生物体内血红素生物合成的中间体。血红素又称为铁卟啉,为体内一类含血红素蛋白的辅基。在正常生理状态下,人体存在一系列复杂的机制,调控卟啉类化合物及血红素的合成、运输、代谢、排泄。在某些病理情况下,血红素的生物合成的某些环节可能发生紊乱,导致生物体类血红素/卟啉类化合物代谢异常,这为将卟啉类化合物作为生物标记物提供了可能性。本文从血红素/卟啉类化合物的生物合成,体内转运,以及与疾病的关系几个层面入手,综述了近年来卟啉类化合物作为生物标记物的研究进展。Porphyrins are macrocyclic compounds composed of 4 pyrrole rings. In vivo porphyrins are intermediate in heme biosynthesis. Hemoglobins also known as iron porphyrins are a cofactor of a class of heme containing proteins. Heme containing protein and almost all cells of oxygen transport and utilization are closely related. Under normal physi- ological conditions, some complex mechanism exists in the human body, which regulates the synthesis, transport, me- tabolism, and excretion of porphyrins and heme. Under some pathological conditions, some aspects ofheme biosynthesis may show disorder, which may lead to many types of heme/porphyrins dysbolism and offer the possibility of using por- phyrins as biological markers. This article summarizes the research progress of the porphyrins as biological markers in recent years from the heme/porphyrins biosynthesis, transport in vivo, and the relationship with the disease.
