摘　　要：目的探讨自动化药房管理系统的启用给医院门诊药房工作带来的变化。方法结合自动发药机和药品智能存取系统的工作流程及其使用情况进行分析。结果该系统的应用提高了空间利用率,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,减少了调剂差错,改善了药房环境。结论自动化系统的建立改变了门诊药房的药品手工调配模式,新系统的应用需要不断在工作中总结经验,使之逐步完善,以利更好应用。Objective To explore the impact of pharmacy automation management system on the Outpatient Pharmacy. Methods We analyzed the combination effects of automatic medicine distribution system and intelligent medicine storage system. Results The system improved the space utilization, reduced work load, increased efficiency, reduced errors and optimized pharmacy environment. Conclusion The automation system has alternated manual medicine distribution mode in the Outpatient Department. The implementation of new system requires practice for improvement and better effect.
