摘　　要：基于产业链演化过程,引入PEST理论,运用结构方程模型探讨林木生物质能源产业链的外部驱动力及其影响程度。结果表明:现阶段产业政策和行业技术是影响林木生物质能源产业链扩展的主要驱动力,区域环境负荷在一定程度上对产业链的扩展产生正向影响,产业需求的拉动效应还未突显。在深入分析林木生物质能源产业链外部驱动力的基础上,为如何促进该产业发展提出相应的政策建议。Based on the evolution of the industry chain and PEST theory, using the structural equation modeling to explore the influence of external driving forces of forest biomass energy industry chain. The results showed that ： At present, indus- try policy and technology are major driving forces affecting forest biomass energy industry chain extension, the regional envi- ronmental impact to a certain extent a positive impact on the expansion of the industrial chain, industrial demand pull effect yet highlights. On the basis of in - depth analysis of the external driving force of forest biomass energy industry chain, pro- poses a corresponding policy recommendations in order to promote the development of the industry.
