摘  要:将产学研合作模式深度分为松散型、半紧密型和紧密型,实证研究表明,信任、声誉等社会资本因素对产学研合作深度具有显著影响,而政府资助等传统因素对此却未表现出显著影响。在各类信任和声誉的因素中,研发人员的个人声誉、知识声誉比科研院所的组织声誉的作用更为重要,产学研主体之间的了解、信守承诺比契约信任更为重要。因此,政府提升产学研层次的政策应当重点转向制度建设,致力于消除产学研主体之间的信息不对称。In this paper, the University - Industry Collaboration Model is divided into three types: loose, tight and half tight. The empirical research has shown that reputation and trust of the social capital factors has significant impact on the depth of UI collaboration, while the traditional factors such as governmental investment have no such impact. Among all kinds of trust and reputation, the scientists personal and academic reputation is more significant than the institutional repu- tation; the understanding and commitment between the universities and enterprises is more significant than the contract model trust. Therefore, the governmental policies to promote UI collaboration should turn to systematic construction, mak- ing effort to eliminate the information asymmetry between the university and the enterprises.
